    1. Online Card Registration Discussion -CM
St. Pete began offering online card registration approx. 6 months ago through email to the library. SIRSI has the capability to allow online card registration. Discussion centered around if we want to do this and if so, using what parameters, including how long before patrons need to come in to register for their permanent card and how much material to grant them access to in the meantime. Houston Public Library’s online form and registration process was cited as an example of how we might do it. A motion was made by Cari to for Dino to research Libby for online access, seconded by Lisa. Motion approved.
    2. Blue Cloud Mobile 2 -the new PPLC App update -CM
Sirsi claims the new mobile app will be ready by the end of March; Dino indicated he thought April-May a more realistic time frame. Seven libraries have agreed to participate in a pilot this month. See Dino if you are interested in participating.
    3. Location code JUV PROF collection -PG
Largo indicated they did not wish to change the status; so, Dunedin will explore other options.

    2. TBLC has $5k allocated for this program and can provide up $400 for libraries interested in hosting this event, which must be scheduled by Labor Day. Phyllis will email details to the group.
