      4. Collaborative Labs has expertise in training, business management, organizational development, policy and procedure document documentation and development, etc.
      5. They use a framework called Appreciative Inquiry (which came from Case Western University)
      6. They are interested in offering team building and/or leadership development at staff development days, including the upcoming PPLC Staff Development Day in October
      7. A template for annual plans and long range (strategic) plans was discussed, as was broader collaboration practices among libraries

    4.  Old Business
      1. FEL Integration into Enterprise – status update from PPLC (Cheryl)
        1. On hold until state funding status for FEL is determined
      2. Gale Legal Forms: Status and Consideration for a countywide contract (Glenn)
        1. State library will not add it this year
        2. Currently Dunedin, Gulfport, Largo and Safety Harbor have it
        3. Cheryl will get countywide prices for us to consider
      3. Library Legislative Day – March 11, 2025 (Matthew)
        1. Help from Cheryl, Meg Taylor (Pinellas Park), Kelly McGinley (Safety Harbor), and Tiffany Ziegler (Palm Harbor – library foundation)
        2. Met with some legislators and legislative aides, and dropped off packets for all local legislators; no confirmed appointments in advance, but overall a positive experience
    5. New Business
      1. Countywide Homebound Delivery Service (Glenn)
        1. Could this be a countywide service we all pay into?
        2. Possible challenges: logistics may be high for PPLC, especially number of deliveries
        3. Currently Dunedin, East Lake, Palm Harbor, and Safety Harbor provide it
        4. Cheryl mentioned that 20 years ago books by mail was provided with LSTA funds
        5. Talking Books books by mail is available for extensive audiences (many qualify)
        6. Libby as an alternative does include some accessibility features
      2. Media Locking Cases
        1. Clearwater is considering doing away with them
        2. Some libraries use them and some don’t; some keep harder to replace media (such as Games) behind the counter
    6. PPLC Topics
      1. Michelle Howard is the new countywide services manager
      2. New Item Type for Tonie Boxes (Dino)
        1. Motion: add three new item types with different checkout periods (7 or 14 days), no holds, one checkout per card
