Talking Book Library
The Pinellas Talking Book Library staff provides recorded, Braille and large-print books and magazines as well as a collection of descriptive videos.

Deaf Literacy Center
The program offers provide basic and computer literacy, signed storytimes, special workshops and presenters, sign language classes and book discussions for the Deaf.

Genealogy
PPLC and the Pinellas Genealogy Society (PGS) recognize the importance of genealogical research in our communities. Our member libraries provide vital research books, tools, and databases, while the PGS sponsors monthly programs and events.
