
Flow Yoga for Teens

join Alyssa, a dedicated body practitioner, in a beginner-level flow yoga class. Alyssa will guide us through poses that are specially cultivated to help with strength, flexibility, and balance. She will also introduce participants to beginner meditation strategies like breathwork and visualization. The class will explore a theme that will guide the participant through intentional poses, bringing about greater body awareness and peace of mind that can be carried over into everyday life.
