Introduction to Paper Quilling

Paper quilling is the art of cutting paper into long thin strips, rolling and pinching the pieces into different shapes, and then gluing the shapes together to form decorative art. Registrants will learn how to use quilling tools to create the basic shapes that are the foundation of the art. Each patron will create their own quilled initial on canvas. Registration is required.
