Mom and Baby Yoga

Join other moms and babies as we explore movement through songs and play, with freedom to attend to baby’s needs at any time. This class is ideal for pre-crawlers, toddlers and moms of all skill levels, who are medically cleared to participate in exercise. Connect breath, body, and baby. Along with a Masters in Occupational Therapy, Shailja Reuter is a pre and post-natal corrective exercise specialist, a certified group fitness instructor and a mom and baby yoga certified teacher.
