    2. Circulation Policy
      1. Adding College Students as an acceptable patron type was discussed.

      1. Department of State indicated that non-governmental agencies could not do passports
      2. Passport services were paused in December
      3. ELCL requested permission to restart passport services and were given a temporary blessing to continue until the issue is considered further

    1. Beth made a request for a new home location for Manga (for adults), in addition to the current option of YA Manga

      1. Several calculators exist such as ALA.org/advocacy/tools/library-value-calculator
      2. Maine State Library’s calculator is more up to date and has instructions for how to code it onto our sites
      3. Sirsi has a feature to add the checkout value to the checkout receipt; Matt will send out instructions for how to do that

      1. Sirsi has a new version of Workflows that incorporates Smarty validation. There are new buttons such as Validate address and Validate user. Matt will work with Circ SIG to test it out.
