Make Your Own 3D Decoupage Cards- Registration Required

Create greeting cards using the 3D decoupage technique. 3D decoupage takes one image, copied and modified, at least three times and then layered on top of each other to create a 3D effect for the image. All art supplies will be provided. Registration is required and begins on Wednesday, August 12th, at 10am. Space is limited. Ages 16+
